OUR SPEAKERS

Deirdre Fields

@my3girlz71

Deirdre Wright Fields has had many different assignments in her life but the one that has been the most spiritually fulfilling has been a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Deirdre, now respectfully known as Pastor Fields was born on September 25, 1971, to her loving parents, David, and Deloris G. Wright. She attended the public school system of Craven County, NC, and furthered her education in the field of nursing at North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, NC, and Craven Community College, New Bern, NC.

Pastor Fields knew when she was 14 years old, she would become a nurse, but had no idea the spiritual calling God had for her. She was content caring for others physically, but as she continued her nursing career, God began to deal with her regarding helping others spiritually. After much prayer and consideration, she delivered her first “official” sermon in 2003 while carrying her son, the 4th of her four amazing children, three daughters, and one son.

Pastor Fields has been carrying the gospel, preaching, teaching, encouraging, and counseling women and men from North Carolina at Reaching For Souls Ministries to Florida at The Harvest Christian Center and is believing God to continue opening doors towards the ultimate ministry work He has given her to work with young women who find themselves “Pregnant Without A Plan”. Pastor Fields’ heart is to make sure each of them knows their planning does not change God’s Plan.

SPEAKER – MENTOR – AUTHOR, Latisha B. Russell is a recognized figure on the topic of child sexual abuse. Speaking from a platform of her own harrowing experiences, she has made it her mission to inspire children of sexual trauma by sharing her story of triumph through perseverance and resilience. After having experienced a “Tisha Talk”, many walk away with renewed confidence and vigor knowing that they, too, can overcome the shame, the story, just as she has done!

With a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Ball State University, a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Human resources from the University of Phoenix, Colorado, and adjunct professor appointments at multiple colleges and universities, Latisha has always touted the importance of education. She now employs her skill set to effectively coach and mentor victims of sexual abuse and exploitation.
